Sexing Guarantee
- We guarantee 90% accuracy on our pullet (female) sexing. Complaints regarding sexing must be made within 12 weeks of hatching. We will refund the difference between the pullet and cockerel price for the number of cockerels in excess of 10%. At no time will Dunlaps be responsible for more than the original purchase price.
Live Arrival
- We guarantee 100% live arrival of poultry purchased. Please count the live chicks instead of the deceased-extras may have been sent. If any chicks are very weak, please let us know immediately. We will credit back your account for the difference if you do not receive the number of birds ordered. Claims need to be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Processing Fee
- Nonrefundable- $0.01- $99.99 a $10.00 fee – $100.00 + a $15.00 fee. No fee is added for orders placed over the phone-208-459-9088
Cancelation Policy
- Prior to 7 days to ship date a full refund will be given minus the processing fee.
- Thursday-Saturday, prior to ship date a $10.00 fee will be deducted from your total plus your processing fee.
- No refunds will be given Sunday-Tuesday prior to shipping date. If you must cancel we can reschedule your shipping date only at our earliest convenience.
