Waterfowl are extraordinary birds to add to your farm flock. Some people use geese as their watch dogs, they make very good alarms when predators come around. We offer four varieties of geese. For white geese, we offer the Embden and the White Chinese. Embden grow very large and are used as the primary meat goose. They are also good layers and mothers. The white Chinese are excellent foragers. Our two gray geese are the African and Toulouse. Africans are very active foragers and good egg producers. The Toulouse are a durable breed and are one of the best breeds at hatching and raising their own young. The White Chinese and African tend to be a bit noisier and more aggressive.
